the emotional roller coaster

         SUNDAY 10/27/19 8 PM--I needed to do as little as possible today...but I was quite busy in the 1180 Lab...and fairly busy working on the laptop, generating documents relating to one of my Musical endeavors, specifically the FHB...maybe not physically, but otherwise, a LOT of work...
        Perhaps I should know why I'm gonna see Dr. Rana Monday morning and/or what he's gonna do--but I don't...I guess I'm gonna be having a late Lunch and because of that, a late Dinner...I'm practicing with ITN on Wednesday and (I think) gigging with Stu on Thursday AND Friday...as for Tuesday, I don't think I have any plans--yet...
MONDAY 10/28/19 10:50 AM-- leaving for the Doctor's in about 40 minutes...I hope I'm home by 1:30 if not sooner...but who knows?
9:42 PM--the visit with Dr. Rana went well enough...after that I came home and had a late Lunch...I then took a late nap...and ultimately had a late Dinner...the rest of my day was spent in the 1180 Lab and doing Laundry...that led to organizing my clothes closet...I've got WAY too much clothing...I found stuff I feel like I've never seen before, including a pair of cargo pants...
            If I decide to donate some of the clothes, I should try them on first...There's more Laundry to do on Tuesday--the light colored clothing and socks...it seems like I'm running low on socks...
TUESDAY 10/29/19 7:37 AM--doing laundry, going to Safeway...I have an appointment with Kathy to get my hair cut...could be back home by two o'clock...
9:06 PM--got the haircut, got home at about 1:30 or so...got a bit of an e-mail scare...my vehicle registration is due--on 12/31/19...gonna start saving, to come up with $135 bucks...
      It never fails--when I'm NOT looking for the thing I had been looking for, I find it...specifically, I'm talking about the piece of paper I got from Dr. Rana...I'm supposed to be wearing a compression sock day and night...and so I will--starting sometime tomorrow...dunno for sure, but I think I'm supposed to wear one on each leg...
