today's the day-maybe

                         THURSDAY 10/11/18 8:45AM--I have to call somebody about continuing my health coverage;  I think it's gonna happen today, maybe before Lunch...the phone number was missing, but I found it...and I THINK I might have to reschedule my appointment with Malinsky, if I haven't already...and I think I did...and I bought a quart of oil for the car, I think one quart is enough for now...
       And today just might be the day I make my official solo debut at the OTWC...
10:37AM--I just finished recertifying my Medicaid coverage for another year!!!and I'd  already rescheduled my appointment with Malinsky !!! AND as per Dianne's request, I just called Sue and left a message regarding their (?) upcoming visit...
          At this point I'm quite happy...and now I can get back to watching TV, having Lunch and taking a nap--and then a shower...I might/should practice at least a little...when Dianne gets home, we're going to Poolesville to some kinda rummage sale...I hope to be back here by 7:30, if not sooner...I only have one piece of equipment to worry about, maybe two counting the Manchester bag so I could be at the OTWC eating Dinner by 8PM..the Manchester bag will likely hold my cables, the chorus pedal, the EQ pedal (just in case) and my book of lyrics...I guess I've gotta have it packed and ready by the time Dianne gets home;
               3:39PM--had a little nap, showered and shaved...packed the Manchester bag...even practiced a teeny tiny bit...a B minor chord is way easier to make on the Fender than it was on the Crafter...
          I'm not jumping up and down about going to Poolesville, but if it keeps my Mind off of the open mic, it's worth it, right?
           4:37PM--at the last second, I told Dianne I didn't wanna go to Poolesville...she left w/o me, but she wasn't happy about it...this could (should?) change my Dinner plans...
     6:40PM--Dianne just got back home, ten minutes ago, more or less...she says I didn't miss anything...it was, according to her, quite crowded...
           8PM- I’m at the OTWC, so is Angela, so is Ethan... I told Charlie I’d like to go on at 10 o’clock  or so... I certainly don’t wanna go on during peak hours,whenever that is...
9:35PM-sat in with Jeff Herbert on a pair of songs... I thought it was ok, not great...I thought my guitar sounded unbalanced tone-wise, but I just let it go...I dunno when I’m going on... the crowd is rather thin already...I’m OK with that...actually not 100% sure  I’ll get to play at all tonight... I think I’ll be disappointed at least a little if I don’t...but not angry...
