not any better...worse perhaps

6:45PM--unfortunately it DIDN'T get cancelled...in TECH News, my phone is dead...I firmly believe that Apple or Verizon killed my phone, forcing me to buy a new one--with what money I don't know...
       MONDAY 11/4/19 11:33 AM--can't go to Verizon until Dianne comes home--I'd feel better if she was with me, in case I were to agree to something stupid, or especially something expensive...I suspect I'll come home with a new phone, hopefully an iPhone 8...
2:01PM--the refrigerator needs at least 12 hours to heal itself, but the ice maker is kaput...the food is packed on ice in three styrofoam coolers and two insulated coolers, one of which I bought a few minutes ago, for $27 dollars...even for a Monday, today really REALLY sucks...
 6:45 PM--now it sucks a little less...I have a new (?) iPhone 8...I can't get all the way into it because I can't prove I'm ME...I can't remember my password...so I'll reset it...except I can't reset it until I prove I'm me and I can't prove I'm me unless I provide my password--I can't provide my password because I've forgotten it and I can't reset it until I prove I'm me...Thanks for nothing Apple and to a certain degree Verizon as well...
 8:30PM--I THINK I'm loading my entire iTunes library onto my new phone...I didn't necessarily wanna do that...I have no idea whatsoever how much space that will use up...and I will have to buy an adapter from Amazon in order to listen to anything on the phone...I guess I absolutely have to contact Apple Support sometime Tuesday morning...I'm doing this on the tablet because I'm afraid to exit iTunes while it's filling up my phone with Music...
     7:55 AM--in about an hour and a half Apple Customer Support is scheduled to call me...hopefully that phone call will solve my phone problem...*I* think these problems all come from iTunes/Apple not having my current credit card info...I should be getting the phone call in about 30 minutes...
