keeping busy...that's good, right?

                     FRIDAY 11/29/19 11:32 AM--I rescheduled the oil change to Monday...I think the car will be okay until then, even with the trip to Damascus...When Dianne leaves, shortly, I'll go to Giant for fudgesicles and Pritchard to see if they have any sets of 12-string electric strings...I'd be more surprised if the DON'T have 'em...
1:25 PM--Pritchard didn't have any sets of electric 12-string strings, so I ordered them...I MIGHT send the guitar to a repair guy Pritchard knows...and I somehow managed to get my iPhone re-connected (via Bluetooth™) which has made me deliriously happy...Somewhat reluctantly I took my last Vivance at 11 AM, because (I think) it's gonna be a long day...and I have to keep telling myself it's NOT Saturday...
                      But I still hope to get a bit of a nap before Dinner...the plan is to leave here for Lahinch at six o'clock...I hope to be there by 6:30, which gives me 90 minutes to get set up...I'll have the keyboard to wrestle with, so maybe (probably) I'll leave the ME-70 home...with ACME I feel as though I don't need a lot of tonal variety...
SATURDAY 11/30/19 8:43 AM--didn't get any rest from last night's gig...went to the open mic at the Music Café...I've got a band practice tomorrow AND Monday...
SUNDAY 12/1/19 7:35 PM--the Plan for tomorrow morning is to get an oil change...the guy told me I could wait for it; I might just do that...especially if it's raining--or worse...hopefully, the weather will improve before I leave for FHB rehearsal...
MONDAY 12/2/19 8:48 AM--hopefully by Lunchtime I'll be back home with the oil changed car...I think I'm having spaghetti and meatballs for Dinner...which leaves that meatloaf dinner...I guess I'll have that tomorrow...
9:20 AM--getting nervous about the oil change, whether I should or not...
10:50 AM--dropped the car off about twenty minutes ago...it could be done by 11:30 or so...
TUESDAY 12/3/19 8:35 AM--as far as I know, the oil change was done yesterday...I was back home by Noon...I don't think I have anything to do except put the clean dishes away...still rather pleased with the way FHB rehearsal went last night...unfortunately a picture was taken--UGH...and me without a hat...
9:09 AM--it shouldn't take all day to take care of the dishes...
10:38 AM--I'm not gonna say it publicly, but today seems to be, so far, a good day...
9:38 PM--the goodness didn't last; it never does...turns out I'm in a band with a whiney little boy whose birthday happens to be today...
