      TUESDAY 10/1/19 11:14PM--I made a disparaging remark about a certain local Musician...he's very popular and well-known...and I made the comment in the presence of his Bass Player...PERFECT...I figure I'll have trouble getting any sleep tonight...but not because of the procedure I'm having done tomorrow morning, but because of the HUGE slip of the tongue I'm guilty of...
        I wonder how long it will take Stephen to get in touch with John to tell him what I said...and I wonder what the repercussions will be...I'm pretty sure my reputation within the MontCo Musical community is already less than flattering...like the less than complimentary way *I* think of certain Musicians I'm acquainted with...
WEDNESDAY 10/2/19 10:11AM-- so I had the [procedure] done on my right leg...the entire visit lasted about one hour and fifteen minutes...losing control of my bladder was a HUGE bummer, but that's behind me..luckily the procedure was the only item on my calendar for today--as far as I can remember...the doctor said I have to walk for about 10 minutes out of every hour, unless I'm asleep--like an after Lunch nap...the first day is the most complex/hectic...I have to wear this compression sock for 24 straight hours...no running (ha!) or swimming (HA HA!)
          Somewhere around 11AM I'm gonna drive to the Bank then walk to Safeway...the plan is to buy a frozen mini pizza for tonight's Dinner and (maybe) some Fudgesicles...then I'll come home, have Lunch and hopefully take a nap...after which, I'll take another walk...probably take one more after Dinner...
       THURSDAY 10/3/19 12:12 AM--the cleaning ladies are coming sometime today but I dunno when...I don't yet care when they get here...but I DO hope they're gone by Lunchtime...
1:53PM--they were supposed to be here at 10AM, and they haven't arrived yet--I'm not happy...I could have spent the last two hours napping...
5PM--they finally got here a little after two and were gone by three...
