a day wasted? not really

              WEDNESDAY 10/16/19 5:30 AM--leaving for the Medical Facility soon...I don't call it a hospital and it's not merely a collection of Doctors' offices...I seem to be stressing myself out wondering how long we're gonna be there...I would like to be home by 2 PM, but it could be later...I wish I could remember how long we were there the last time, but I can't...I'm bringing a book to read...I think there's a cafeteria in the building...If so, I might not have to worry about Lunch...
               In financial news, the last time I checked, my SSA money WASN'T in the Bank...maybe that's because of Columbus Day...just checked again--it's still not in there...I think there's still $124 in my checking account...I like that; I hope to use it to pay off some of my credit card balance to CapOne...Considering all the gigs I think I have coming up, I just might send them an even $200...which would leave a bit more than $200 that I owe...
    11:35 AM--got back from Dianne's procedure about a half an hour ago...I think we're BOTH gonna take a nap after Lunch...I'm having mine now...after my nap, I need to go to a grocery store...Otherwise, I dunno what I'm gonna have for Dinner...
4:26 PM--The roomie has her $165 and I have $120 to last a week...I don't have any gigs until next Thursday...I have FHB practice tomorrow and Combustibles practice on Sunday...I might let my gig money accumulate until the CapOne credit card is due...that's on November the 8th...
5:03 PM--I really REALLY wanna start that "winding down" procedure now...The Melatonin I took last night was kinda useless...I guess it's up to ME to stop the flood of thoughts that keep me awake...I think I need to deliberately LISTEN to the "rain" I hear in my room...
